1. The temperature of the pumped gas is too high
Solution: reduce the temperature of the pumped gas, or add a corresponding heat exchanger.
2. The oil passage in the pump is blocked or blocked, and a certain amount of oil cannot be maintained in the pump chamber.
Solution: Check whether the oil circuit can be unblocked, and add the same type of vacuum pump oil.
3. The problem of different vacuum pump oil brands, because the saturated vapor pressure in different brands of oil is different, the vacuum effect is also different.
Solution: Accurately replace the new vacuum pump oil according to the product model specification.
4. Due to the low degree of vacuum formed by the vacuum pump oil, that is, the emulsification and discoloration of the vacuum pump oil may be too dirty.
Solution: Put all the vacuum pump oil in the clean pump into the clean pump, replace the same type of vacuum pump oil, and deal with the water vapor and impurities in the pumped gas to prevent them from entering the pump.
5. the gap between cooperation increases. This is after the wear between the rotary vane and the stator increases the gap containing dust in the temporary pumping gas.
Solution: Check whether the gap is too large and replace with new parts.
